The Skibidi Toilets are the most common and recognizable figures of the series and constitute the main military force. The Skibidi G-Man Toilet is the largest and main antagonist, known for his strength and distinctive laser eyes. The chief scientist is the secondary antagonist and is responsible for inventing new parasitic weapons, making him present from Episode 16.

The Alliance is a kind of humanistic robots/androids with A/V equipment instead of heads. They play a critical role in the Skibidi Toilet universe and are depicted as the protagonists of the series. There are three branches in the Alliance: the Cameramen, the Speakers, and the TV People.

• The Cameramen are the main core of the Alliance and often participate on the front lines in the battle against the Skibidi Toilets.
• The Speakers are support members, capable of destroying large groups of Skibidi Toilets with the Strider Speaker, and appear for the first time in Episode 24.
• The TV People are the strongest and have demonstrated the ability to teleport between locations during battle, with their first appearance in Episode 49.
