The Techstar® D0086-Y is a car voltage tester pencil suitable for DC 6V/12V/24V. It is used to detect electrical faults in vehicles. Especially useful for quickly identifying voltage drops in electrical systems, fuses, lighting, and lamps. The probe is secured with a metal cap, and the crocodile clip connects to the negative terminal, such as a metal part of the vehicle's body, while the tip penetrates the insulation of the wire.
