The alternating compressor adjusts the pressure according to the patient's weight. It needs to operate continuously while the patient is lying on the mattress. The compressor ensures alternating inflation and deflation of the cells, preventing the development of pressure ulcers. The alternating inflation of the cells (zig-zag/mono) by the compressor changes the pressure points, allowing blood circulation throughout all tissues. The compressor connects to the mattress via two tubes. It is placed under the patient's bed or hangs at the end of the bed using the support. It is very quiet, equipped with shock absorbers.

The compressor is compatible with honeycomb and cylinder-type mattresses.
