Cottage cheese is a fresh, mild cheese, one of the oldest made by humans. This cheese is made from cow, sheep, or goat milk. It can be enjoyed as a dessert with honey or sugar, aromatic herbs, or included in savory recipes.
The double dose allows the preparation of 1L of fresh cheese.
Ingredients:
- Milk powder*, frozen animal rennet, dairy lactic acid bacteria.

Preparation:

- 0.5L animal milk (for one dose from the sachet)
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Fermentation: 24 hours at room temperature (23°C)
Instructions for use:
Use absolutely clean utensils. Dissolve the culture in 2 tablespoons of milk, then gradually pour into the remaining milk. Pour into desired containers (shape and weight). Leave to ferment for 24 hours at room temperature (23°C). Once set, place the containers in a draining position and put them in the refrigerator. For drier fresh cheese, allow it to drain longer in the fridge, regularly removing the whey.
