The Omegon N 150/750 EQ-4 Newtonian reflector gathers light with a 150 mm aperture and a focal ratio of 1:5. It can be used to observe galaxies, globular clusters and emission nebulae, as well as details on the planets, such as cloud bands and the shadows of Jupiter’s largest moons. It is also suitable for your first astrophotography attempts, such as photographing the Moon.
The EQ-4 equatorial mount lets you track celestial objects using slow-motion controls on the right ascension and declination axes. It features a polar finder scope, while the counterweight helps balance the optics. The aluminum tripod can be adjusted to the desired height.
