the choice was clearly because I wanted a training shoe with a carbon plate and the feeling is that you can also race in it it is lightweight it has a very good outsole and the upper is breathable for the money I paid it is worth it and then some you can run races obviously but also generally distances at a brisk to fast pace for someone who knows it is something like an adidas boston a little different in the details
