After just four months of use, the plug burned out. It still functions, but it’s clearly unsafe to keep using. Customer support was unhelpful and shifted the blame onto the user. The plug was brand new and used in a covered garage, so there’s no justification for this failure. I would strongly recommend avoiding this product.

Very satisfied .. I use it as a second charger at my other house where I don't have a fixed one. Just keep in mind that the socket you plug it into should have a 16A fuse and nothing else heavy should be connected to the same fuse ..

Quality cable and fast charging. It needs to be plugged into a reinforced outlet and not into a regular one, e.g., A/C outlet. Very satisfied so far after 3 months of use.
