Usage and Maintenance Instructions: Wash, rinse, and dry the knife completely before first use and after each use. Do not clean the product with abrasive sponges. The knife should be hand-washed to prevent rust or damage that may be caused by dishwasher cleaning. Use the knife on suitable surfaces such as polyethylene or wood, avoid using on marble, stone, or metal surfaces. To extend the lifespan of the blade, it is recommended to use Pirge sharpening products. Do not use the knife to open cans or crack nuts.
