personally, I only buy flagships and the latest ones every year. before I go into everything else, I have to say that the device is top-notch both in terms of software and security. honestly, the security features it has, I haven't seen in anything else, and I should mention that I change devices as a hobby almost every month and I only buy flagships.
For me, the device has the ideal size but that's a matter of taste, as a screen it is the best I have seen both in terms of quality and brightness. YES, the device has dynamic island which compared to the iPhone has more features like air gestures, messages, etc. It's important to mention that the device has amazing speakers in terms of volume and quality, which I haven't seen anywhere else, it's almost like a small speaker.
As unique features, it has an amazing battery in the EU version that I have and it easily lasts me 1 day with very heavy use. Then the AI functions it supports both in camera and in photos, calls, etc. are simply unique. Note that the device has an IR blaster by itself and it has been a lifesaver for me.
Now let's go to horsepower and cameras.
Selfie camera worthy of a flagship but easily behind the iPhone's, the video is also very good but not at iPhone level. as for photography, I wonder why this device is not on dxomark. As a professional camera it works especially if you know how to play with pro mode and from what I've handled I can say it only competes with the Huawei p80 ultra which falls short in everything else. the samples I uploaded are with the normal mode as we all shoot and it was indeed what I was seeing. Finally, the device reaches up to 200X zoom natively.
in terms of performance, no explanation needed, the only thing I'll say is that I haven't handled anything faster and again, I had the fastest iPhone ever released.
NEGATIVES
It bothers me that there is no official representation in Greece and I couldn't find it in chains so I had to get it from Honor Germany, there are no branded cases in our country and finally, the back is sensitive if you don't have a good case.
Overall, for me, having handled all the top smartphones of this year, I have to say:
If you want something different and with unique features (because in my opinion Apple and Samsung haven't had anything innovative for years) then this is a phone you really won't think of changing soon, and I say this as someone who used to buy a new one every month. I've had this for 3 months now and I really wouldn't change it for anything.

προσωπικά αγοραζω μόνο ναυαρχίδες και τις τελευταίες κάθε χρόνο. πριν πάω σε όλα τα άλλα να πω πως η συσκευή τόσο στο θέμα software όσο και στο θέμα ασφάλειας είναι κορυφή. πραγματικά οι δικλείδες ασφαλείας που έχει δεν τις έχω δει σε οτιδήποτε άλλο, και να πω πως αλλάζω συσκευή λόγο χόμπι κάθε 1 μήνα σχεδόν και αγοράζω μόνο ναυαρχίδες.
Για μένα η συσκευή έχει το ιδανικό size αλλά αυτό είναι θεμα γούστου, σαν οθόνη είναι η καλύτερη που έχω δει τόσο στο θέμα ποιότητας όσο και στο θέμα φωτεινότητας. ΝΑΙ η συσκευή έχει dynamic island το οποίο σε σχέση με τα iphone έχει περισσότερες δυνατότητες βλεπε air gestures μυνήματα κτλ. Σημαντικό είναι να αναφέρω πως η συσκευή έχει τρομερα σε ένταση και ποιότητα ηχεία τα οποία δεν έχω ξαναδεί πουθενά, δηλαδή οριακά σαν μικρό ηχείο είναι.
Σαν μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά έχει τρομερή μπαταρία στην έκδοση EU που έχω εγώ και με βγάζει υπέρ άνετα 1 ημέρα με πάρα πολύ βαριά χρήση. Έπειτα η λειτουργίες ai που υποστηρίζει τόσο σε κάμερα όσο και σε φωτογραφίες, κλήσεις κτλ είναι απλά μοναδικές. Να σημειωθεί πως η συσκευή έχει IR blaster από μόνο του και μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια.
Πάμε τώρα στην ιπποδύναμη και τις κάμερες.
Σελφι κάμερα αντάξια ναυαρχίδας αλλά πίσω από αυτή του iphone εύκολα,το βίντεο επίσης πολύ καλό αλλά όχι επιπέδου iphone. στο θέμα φωτογραφίας απορώ πως δεν υπαρχει σαν συσκευή στο dxomark. Σαν επαγγελματική κάμερα λειτουργεί ειδικά αν ξέρεις να παίξεις με το pro mode και από ότι έχω πιάσει στα χέρια μου μπορώ να πω πως κοντραρεται μόνο με το Huawei p80 ultra το οποίο υστερεί κατά πολύ σε όλα τα άλλα. τα δείγματα που ανέβασα είναι με το κανονικό mode όπως τραβάμε όλοι και όντως ήταν αυτό που έβλεπα. Τέλος η συσκευή φτάνει έως 200Χ ζουμ από την μάνα του.
στο θέμα αποδόσεων δεν χριαζετε εξήγηση το μόνο που θα πω είναι πως δεν έχω πιάσει κάτι πιο γρήγορο στα χέρια μου και ξανά λέω είχε το γρηγορότερο iphone που έχει βγει.
ΣΤΑ Αρνητικά
Με χαλάει το γεγονός ότι δεν υπάρχει αντιπροσωπεία στην Ελλάδα και δεν το είχα βρει σε αλυσίδες με αποτέλεσμα να το πάρω από Honor Γερμανίας, δεν υπάρχουν θήκες επώνυμες στην χώρα μας και τέλος η πλάτη αν δεν έχεις καλεί θήκη είναι ευαίσθητη.
συνολικά για μένα έχοντας περάσει από τα χέρια μου όλη η αφρόκρεμα της φετινής χρονιάς στο θέμα smartphone έχω να πω :
Ότι αν θέλεις κάτι διαφορετικό και με μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά ( γιατί κατε με η apple και η Samsung δεν έχουν κατι innovative εδώ και χρόνια ) τότε είναι ένα τηλέφωνο που πραγματικά δεν θα σκεφτείς να το αλλάξεις σύντομα και το λέω εγώ που κάθε μήνα αγόραζα άλλο. αυτό το έχω εδώ και 3 μήνες και πραγματικά δεν το αλλάζω με τίποτα.

Πολύ ποιοτική οθόνη με εξαιρετικά χρώματα.
Όσον αφορά την κάμερα είναι εξαιρετική, με τα λίγα δείγματα που έχω και η μπαταρία δείχνει να αντέχει.
Είναι πραγματικά ναυαρχίδα, αγοράστε το με κλειστά μάτια.

Επανέρχομαι, μπαταρία 1.5 μέρα άνετα, με ελαφριά χρήση 2 μέρες, ο ήχος είναι από άλλο πλανήτη, ουσιαστικά σαν ηχείο στο χέρι σας, αλλά με πολύ ποιοτικό ήχο!
Έρχεται με πολύ ποιοτική μεμβράνη, τοποθετημένη από το εργοστάσιο, χωρίς φορτιστή και θήκη!
Update 22/5 H μπαταρία κρατάει 2 μέρες με 4 ώρες οθόνη περίπου και από 90% στο 30%, απίστευτες πραγματικά φωτογραφίες και σε δύσκολες συνθήκες.

Οθόνη (Display)

ΝΑΙ η συσκευή έχει dynamic island το οποίο σε σχέση με τα iphone έχει περισσότερες δυνατότητες βλεπε air gestures μυνήματα κτλ. Σημαντικό είναι να αναφέρω πως η συσκευή έχει τρομερα σε ένταση και ποιότητα ηχεία τα οποία δεν έχω ξαναδεί πουθενά, δηλαδή οριακά σαν μικρό ηχείο είναι.
Σαν μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά έχει τρομερή μπαταρία στην έκδοση EU που έχω εγώ και με βγάζει υπέρ άνετα 1 ημέρα με πάρα πολύ βαριά χρήση. Έπειτα η λειτουργίες ai που υποστηρίζει τόσο σε κάμερα όσο και σε φωτογραφίες, κλήσεις κτλ είναι απλά μοναδικές. Να σημειωθεί πως η συσκευή έχει IR blaster από μόνο του και μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια.
Πάμε τώρα στην ιπποδύναμη και τις κάμερες.
Σελφι κάμερα αντάξια ναυαρχίδας αλλά πίσω από αυτή του iphone εύκολα,το βίντεο επίσης πολύ καλό αλλά όχι επιπέδου iphone. στο θέμα φωτογραφίας απορώ πως δεν υπαρχει σαν συσκευή στο dxomark. Σαν επαγγελματική κάμερα λειτουργεί ειδικά αν ξέρεις να παίξεις με το pro mode και από ότι έχω πιάσει στα χέρια μου μπορώ να πω πως κοντραρεται μόνο με το Huawei p80 ultra το οποίο υστερεί κατά πολύ σε όλα τα άλλα. τα δείγματα που ανέβασα είναι με το κανονικό mode όπως τραβάμε όλοι και όντως ήταν αυτό που έβλεπα. Τέλος η συσκευή φτάνει έως 200Χ ζουμ από την μάνα του.
στο θέμα αποδόσεων δεν χριαζετε εξήγηση το μόνο που θα πω είναι πως δεν έχω πιάσει κάτι πιο γρήγορο στα χέρια μου και ξανά λέω είχε το γρηγορότερο iphone που έχει βγει.
ΣΤΑ Αρνητικά
Με χαλάει το γεγονός ότι δεν υπάρχει αντιπροσωπεία στην Ελλάδα και δεν το είχα βρει σε αλυσίδες με αποτέλεσμα να το πάρω από Honor Γερμανίας, δεν υπάρχουν θήκες επώνυμες στην χώρα μας και τέλος η πλάτη αν δεν έχεις καλεί θήκη είναι ευαίσθητη.
συνολικά για μένα έχοντας περάσει από τα χέρια μου όλη η αφρόκρεμα της φετινής χρονιάς στο θέμα smartphone έχω να πω :
Ότι αν θέλεις κάτι διαφορετικό και με μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά ( γιατί κατε με η apple και η Samsung δεν έχουν κατι innovative εδώ και χρόνια ) τότε είναι ένα τηλέφωνο που πραγματικά δεν θα σκεφτείς να το αλλάξεις σύντομα και το λέω εγώ που κάθε μήνα αγόραζα άλλο. αυτό το έχω εδώ και 3 μήνες και πραγματικά δεν το αλλάζω με τίποτα.
What can I say, the phone is incredible... I was looking to buy a flagship and checked them all... in the end, instead of spending 1300-1500 to get one device (always 512GB)... personally, I only buy flagships and the latest ones every year. before I go into everything else, I have to say that the device is top-notch both in terms of software and security. honestly, the security features it has, I haven't seen in anything else, and I should mention that I change devices as a hobby almost every month and I only buy flagships.
For me, the device has the ideal size but that's a matter of taste, as a screen it is the best I have seen both in terms of quality and brightness. YES, the device has dynamic island which compared to the iPhone has more features like air gestures, messages, etc. It's important to mention that the device has amazing speakers in terms of volume and quality, which I haven't seen anywhere else, it's almost like a small speaker.
As unique features, it has an amazing battery in the EU version that I have and it easily lasts me 1 day with very heavy use. Then the AI functions it supports both in camera and in photos, calls, etc. are simply unique. Note that the device has an IR blaster by itself and it has been a lifesaver for me.
Now let's go to horsepower and cameras.
Selfie camera worthy of a flagship but easily behind the iPhone's, the video is also very good but not at iPhone level. as for photography, I wonder why this device is not on dxomark. As a professional camera it works especially if you know how to play with pro mode and from what I've handled I can say it only competes with the Huawei p80 ultra which falls short in everything else. the samples I uploaded are with the normal mode as we all shoot and it was indeed what I was seeing. Finally, the device reaches up to 200X zoom natively.
in terms of performance, no explanation needed, the only thing I'll say is that I haven't handled anything faster and again, I had the fastest iPhone ever released.
NEGATIVES
It bothers me that there is no official representation in Greece and I couldn't find it in chains so I had to get it from Honor Germany, there are no branded cases in our country and finally, the back is sensitive if you don't have a good case.
Overall, for me, having handled all the top smartphones of this year, I have to say:
If you want something different and with unique features (because in my opinion Apple and Samsung haven't had anything innovative for years) then this is a phone you really won't think of changing soon, and I say this as someone who used to buy a new one every month. personally, I only buy flagships and the latest ones every year. before I go into everything else, I have to say that the device is top-notch both in terms of software and security. honestly, the security features it has, I haven't seen in anything else, and I should mention that I change devices as a hobby almost every month and I only buy flagships.
For me, the device has the ideal size but that's a matter of taste, as a screen it is the best I have seen both in terms of quality and brightness. YES, the device has dynamic island which compared to the iPhone has more features like air gestures, messages, etc. It's important to mention that the device has amazing speakers in terms of volume and quality, which I haven't seen anywhere else, it's almost like a small speaker.
As unique features, it has an amazing battery in the EU version that I have and it easily lasts me 1 day with very heavy use. Then the AI functions it supports both in camera and in photos, calls, etc. are simply unique. Note that the device has an IR blaster by itself and it has been a lifesaver for me.
Now let's go to horsepower and cameras.
Selfie camera worthy of a flagship but easily behind the iPhone's, the video is also very good but not at iPhone level. as for photography, I wonder why this device is not on dxomark. As a professional camera it works especially if you know how to play with pro mode and from what I've handled I can say it only competes with the Huawei p80 ultra which falls short in everything else. the samples I uploaded are with the normal mode as we all shoot and it was indeed what I was seeing. Finally, the device reaches up to 200X zoom natively.
in terms of performance, no explanation needed, the only thing I'll say is that I haven't handled anything faster and again, I had the fastest iPhone ever released.
NEGATIVES
It bothers me that there is no official representation in Greece and I couldn't find it in chains so I had to get it from Honor Germany, there are no branded cases in our country and finally, the back is sensitive if you don't have a good case.
Overall, for me, having handled all the top smartphones of this year, I have to say:
If you want something different and with unique features (because in my opinion Apple and Samsung haven't had anything innovative for years) then this is a phone you really won't think of changing soon, and I say this as someone who used to buy a new one every month. I've had this for 3 months now and I really wouldn't change it for anything.

προσωπικά αγοραζω μόνο ναυαρχίδες και τις τελευταίες κάθε χρόνο. πριν πάω σε όλα τα άλλα να πω πως η συσκευή τόσο στο θέμα software όσο και στο θέμα ασφάλειας είναι κορυφή. πραγματικά οι δικλείδες ασφαλείας που έχει δεν τις έχω δει σε οτιδήποτε άλλο, και να πω πως αλλάζω συσκευή λόγο χόμπι κάθε 1 μήνα σχεδόν και αγοράζω μόνο ναυαρχίδες.
Για μένα η συσκευή έχει το ιδανικό size αλλά αυτό είναι θεμα γούστου, σαν οθόνη είναι η καλύτερη που έχω δει τόσο στο θέμα ποιότητας όσο και στο θέμα φωτεινότητας. ΝΑΙ η συσκευή έχει dynamic island το οποίο σε σχέση με τα iphone έχει περισσότερες δυνατότητες βλεπε air gestures μυνήματα κτλ. Σημαντικό είναι να αναφέρω πως η συσκευή έχει τρομερα σε ένταση και ποιότητα ηχεία τα οποία δεν έχω ξαναδεί πουθενά, δηλαδή οριακά σαν μικρό ηχείο είναι.
Σαν μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά έχει τρομερή μπαταρία στην έκδοση EU που έχω εγώ και με βγάζει υπέρ άνετα 1 ημέρα με πάρα πολύ βαριά χρήση. Έπειτα η λειτουργίες ai που υποστηρίζει τόσο σε κάμερα όσο και σε φωτογραφίες, κλήσεις κτλ είναι απλά μοναδικές. Να σημειωθεί πως η συσκευή έχει IR blaster από μόνο του και μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια.
Πάμε τώρα στην ιπποδύναμη και τις κάμερες.
Σελφι κάμερα αντάξια ναυαρχίδας αλλά πίσω από αυτή του iphone εύκολα,το βίντεο επίσης πολύ καλό αλλά όχι επιπέδου iphone. στο θέμα φωτογραφίας απορώ πως δεν υπαρχει σαν συσκευή στο dxomark. Σαν επαγγελματική κάμερα λειτουργεί ειδικά αν ξέρεις να παίξεις με το pro mode και από ότι έχω πιάσει στα χέρια μου μπορώ να πω πως κοντραρεται μόνο με το Huawei p80 ultra το οποίο υστερεί κατά πολύ σε όλα τα άλλα. τα δείγματα που ανέβασα είναι με το κανονικό mode όπως τραβάμε όλοι και όντως ήταν αυτό που έβλεπα. Τέλος η συσκευή φτάνει έως 200Χ ζουμ από την μάνα του.
στο θέμα αποδόσεων δεν χριαζετε εξήγηση το μόνο που θα πω είναι πως δεν έχω πιάσει κάτι πιο γρήγορο στα χέρια μου και ξανά λέω είχε το γρηγορότερο iphone που έχει βγει.
ΣΤΑ Αρνητικά
Με χαλάει το γεγονός ότι δεν υπάρχει αντιπροσωπεία στην Ελλάδα και δεν το είχα βρει σε αλυσίδες με αποτέλεσμα να το πάρω από Honor Γερμανίας, δεν υπάρχουν θήκες επώνυμες στην χώρα μας και τέλος η πλάτη αν δεν έχεις καλεί θήκη είναι ευαίσθητη.
συνολικά για μένα έχοντας περάσει από τα χέρια μου όλη η αφρόκρεμα της φετινής χρονιάς στο θέμα smartphone έχω να πω :
Ότι αν θέλεις κάτι διαφορετικό και με μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά ( γιατί κατε με η apple και η Samsung δεν έχουν κατι innovative εδώ και χρόνια ) τότε είναι ένα τηλέφωνο που πραγματικά δεν θα σκεφτείς να το αλλάξεις σύντομα και το λέω εγώ που κάθε μήνα αγόραζα άλλο. αυτό το έχω εδώ και 3 μήνες και πραγματικά δεν το αλλάζω με τίποτα.

I'm coming back, battery lasts 1.5 days easily, with light use 2 days, the sound is out of this world, essentially like a speaker in your hand, but with very high-quality sound!

Πολύ ποιοτική οθόνη με εξαιρετικά χρώματα.
Όσον αφορά την κάμερα είναι εξαιρετική, με τα λίγα δείγματα που έχω και η μπαταρία δείχνει να αντέχει.

Επανέρχομαι, μπαταρία 1.5 μέρα άνετα, με ελαφριά χρήση 2 μέρες, ο ήχος είναι από άλλο πλανήτη, ουσιαστικά σαν ηχείο στο χέρι σας, αλλά με πολύ ποιοτικό ήχο!
Έρχεται με πολύ ποιοτική μεμβράνη, τοποθετημένη από το εργοστάσιο, χωρίς φορτιστή και θήκη!
Update 22/5 H μπαταρία κρατάει 2 μέρες με 4 ώρες οθόνη περίπου και από 90% στο 30%, απίστευτες πραγματικά φωτογραφίες και σε δύσκολες συνθήκες.

Μετά από αρκετές ημέρες χρήσης του Honor Magic 8 Pro, μπορώ να πω ότι πρόκειται για μια συσκευή που στέκεται επάξια στην κορυφή της κατηγορίας των flagship, με πολύ ισορροπημένο hardware και software.
Οθόνη (Display)
LTPO AMOLED panel υψηλής ανάλυσης με adaptive refresh rate έως 120Hz. Πολύ καλή φωτεινότητα σε εξωτερικό χώρο και σωστό color calibration (χωρίς υπερκορεσμό τύπου “marketing”). Το PWM dimming βοηθάει και σε ξεκούραστη χρήση τη νύχτα.
