    I bought the automatic litter box in early April 2026 and now I can give a complete opinion. The service from the store was prompt and they also answered the questions I had; I have no complaints, and they generally have very nice things for our pets. I bought it because the space is small and I thought I would get rid of odors. Unfortunately, that never happened. I tried many expensive litters. I bought zeolite. I got to the point of changing the bag every other day. I have one cat. I have definitely washed the litter box 5 times since I bought it. The smell has soaked into the plastic capsule. I have tried everything, including special detergents. Here I should note the most important thing. Cleaning it is not an easy task. Every time my back hurt. I put in a stainless-steel tray and the house stopped smelling. I don't know if all automatic litter boxes are like this. This is my experience, unfortunately, and I paid quite a lot for it.
