    I have been taking vitamins and various dietary supplements for years. I can confidently tell you that these are the worst vitamins I have ever taken! They are not easy to swallow. And I am not exaggerating at all. At one point, I had to swallow more than 5 pills at the same time, but I had to take them one by one and concentrate so that I wouldn't choke. And if they stay in the mouth for more than two seconds, they start to dissolve and leave a disgusting aftertaste. And not just one, not two, not three, but four a day. Plain and simple, get something else.

    Huge tablets, difficult to swallow. This is the first time this happens to us with tablets. You have to take 4 a day. Both my husband and I struggled to even drink one... Tragic. I do not recommend them at all!
