The VEVOR SBR25 linear guide rail set includes two rails and four sliding blocks with integrated bearings. The bearing balls allow smooth, low-friction movement while keeping the shaft securely in place for stable linear motion. These guides are used in cutting, grinding, milling, and drilling machines, as well as other equipment.
The shafts are made of steel with a hardness of HRC58–62, while the blocks and supports are made of aluminum. The electroplated coating is over 10 μm thick and helps resist rust and corrosion.
