Raw organic seaweed mix for salads, 100g, Algamar

The seaweeds of the Algamar brand are all wild, collected from the clean coasts of the Galicia region in Spain. There are also cultivated seaweeds, but they cannot compare in quality and nutritional value with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild seaweeds is that they are located far from sources of radiation.

Ideal mix for adding to raw salads.

Ingredients: wakame seaweed, nori seaweed, dulse seaweed, from organic farming.

Suggested preparation:

• For 2 people: soak 15g of this mix for about 15 minutes. Add the juice of half a lemon at the beginning. After 15 minutes, drain the water and add the seaweed mix to the salad. Add olive oil for a very tasty, raw, and especially nutritious salad.
