My Elements Vitaminall is a food supplement containing vitamin D3, B vitamins, calcium and zinc, in effervescent tablets with a citrus flavour. B vitamins contribute to the conversion of food into energy and to the reduction of tiredness, while zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D3 and calcium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and to normal muscle function. The supplement is intended for adults, including those with a demanding daily routine or increased nutritional needs.

The formula also contains magnesium, vitamin C, iron and folic acid, as well as ingredients that contribute to normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal vision. It contains sweeteners, and the packaging is recyclable.
