Usage: Use 2 strips daily for 4 days, 1 for the upper teeth and 1 for the lower teeth.

• Moisten your teeth with your tongue. Apply one strip to the lower teeth, avoiding the gum line.
• Fold the excess strip behind the teeth. The strip will stick to your teeth. Repeat for the upper teeth.
• Allow the 2 strips to dissolve. The strips should be fully dissolved after about 20 minutes.
• Do not brush your teeth for 30 minutes before and after application, avoiding fluoride toothpastes during this period.
