Instructions for Use:

• Use 2 strips daily for 7 days (1 for the upper teeth and 1 for the lower teeth).
• Moisten teeth with your tongue. Apply one strip to the lower teeth, avoiding the gum line.
• Fold the excess strip behind the teeth. The strip will stick to the teeth. Repeat for the upper teeth.
• Allow the strips to dissolve. They should dissolve completely after about 20 minutes.
• Do not brush your teeth for 30 minutes before and after application, avoiding fluoride toothpastes.
