Thirty-five studies, lectures, and opinions by Professor of Civil Procedure at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Georgios Diamantopoulos, conducted in 2025, are compiled in this edition, most of which are unpublished in legal journals, covering a wide range of civil procedural law topics, as well as specific areas of private and public law.

The book starts with current issues of the general part of civil procedure, with subsequent chapters focusing on matters of provisional measures, special procedures, legal remedies, and third-party interventions. It also includes contributions to important and historically significant doctrinal problems both in the field of enforcement of judgments, as well as in insolvency and banking law, and within the scope of land registry law (substantive and procedural). The volume concludes with other studies on private and public law, as well as appendices.
