Edible oil provided it is diluted in a carrier vegetable oil such as olive oil or almond oil, or another edible base oil or food/dessert.
Absorption into the body occurs in 3 ways:
- Through skin absorption (cosmetic use).
- Via olfaction (aromatherapy).
- Through absorption into the body (as edible).

Usage Instructions:

External use (diluted):
- Body massage: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond oil, jojoba, coconut).
- Space aromatherapy: 2–3 drops in a diffuser device for a warm, spicy atmosphere.
- Addition to cosmetics: 1 drop in 30–50ml of cream or lotion for fragrance and stimulation.

Edible use (with utmost caution):
- Add 1 drop to 200–300ml of water, honey, or vegetable oil (e.g., olive oil).
- Can be added to beverages such as tea or almond milk, always in minimal quantity.
Precautions:
- Always diluted, whether internal or external use.
- Avoid contact with eyes, lips, and sensitive areas.
- Do not apply directly to skin.
- Not for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children.
- Discontinue immediately in case of irritation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
