The pastry piping set includes a 7.5 cm metal syringe for small portions and fine details. The six interchangeable nozzles create different designs, such as lines, letters, stars, borders and rosettes, while the two couplers let you change nozzles without emptying the cream.
The set also includes three spatulas for smoothing and shaping, as well as a cleaning brush for the nozzles and small parts. It is suitable for icing, whipped cream, buttercream, ganache at the appropriate temperature and smooth purées. The parts can be disassembled for cleaning; hand-washing with warm water and detergent is recommended, followed by thorough drying before storage.
