    Although they are referred to as running shoes, they saved me during plyometric exercises, where I was getting injured every week with other shoes. In the gym for squats and weights, they are quite stable but not for heavy weights. For running, they are average.

    The shoes are very nice in terms of appearance and quality, but they are so tight on the right and left sides and at the back (there is enough space in the front and they are the correct size) that they squeeze my foot so much that it really hurts during the trial... I returned them :( what a shame
