The board game Arkwright: Anniversary is an economic game for 2–4 players, who take on the operation of factories in late 18th-century England. The goal is to acquire the most valuable portfolio of shares by increasing their value and buying shares from the bank.
Players hire workers, replace the more expensive ones with machines, and increase production by hiring additional workers or upgrading their factories. They set the prices of their products and can upgrade factories, improve product quality, and promote sales. Each player has their own action tiles, such as building and modernising factories, hiring workers, and improving quality.
