I bought the hypershell x go because I suffer from multiple sclerosis and have difficulty walking and even more so going up and down stairs. I didn’t know whether it could help, as it is mainly recommended for fitness and mountaineering. It is amazing how much it reduces muscle effort and makes movement easy and light. The build quality is excellent. The device is controlled by an app on the phone. There are also better models from the same brand. For those interested in muscle strengthening, it also has a corresponding mode. Personally, I recommend it to those who have difficulties with their muscle strength, whether due to neurological reasons or age. Of course, also to those who want to make exercise more intense, but I cannot know how effective that is

Δεν ήξερα αν θα μπορούσε να βοηθήσει καθώς προτείνετε κυρίως για γυμναστική και ορειβασία. Είναι εκπληκτικό το πόσο μειώνει την μυϊκή προσπάθεια και κάνει την κίνηση εύκολη και ανάλαφρη. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι εξαιρετική. Η συσκευή ελέγχεται από εφαρμογή στο κινητό. Υπάρχουν και πιο καλά μοντέλα της ίδιας μάρκας.
