We have had the litter box for a month and it works excellently. It is very easy to assemble and has detailed instructions.
It took our cat a few days to get used to it. We placed the new and the old litter box in the same spot together for 2-3 days, and because our cat chose the old litter box, I put some used litter into the new litter box every day so it could pick up the smell, and then I completely removed the old one. The same day I removed it, I put her in it in my arms and she used it. Since then, she started using it normally.
During the first days when she started using it, I had it on manual cleaning mode and every time I got a notification that she had used the litter box, I cleaned it. When it is on manual cleaning mode, if the cat is on top of it, it does not let you clean it. After I saw that our cat kept using it, I switched it to automatic cleaning mode and now it works normally on automatic without any problem. We went on vacation and it worked remotely and I got notifications for every movement of our cat. We bought it without the step, and our cat climbs in without difficulty (adult, 6.5 kg).
The sensors work very well because even when it is cleaning, if the cat comes near, it stops and waits for her to move away before continuing.
Another positive is that it does not make much mess around the litter box; it gets only a little dusty and can be cleaned easily with a baby wipe. Externally, of course, since it is open, it gets quite dirty, but with a mat I think there will be no problem.
The litter should be up to the max line, and although I was worried it might not be enough for our cat, who likes to dig, it seems she has no problem with it.
The app is very good and easy to understand regarding cleaning as well as information about the cat; after a few days it even recognizes what the cat is doing when she uses it.
As for the smell, the deodorizer does its job because there is no strong odor even though the waste is in the basket. We are changing the bag once a week for now. If the deodorizer starts to weaken before we replace it, we may change it more often. It is still too early to judge.
Overall, we are very satisfied because the cleaning work is done easily and our cat always has a clean litter box. It also gives us greater freedom when we are away.

Update after two months of use!

ATTENTION CAT PARENTS. If you choose to buy it, get it with its step or a step that is large enough! We put a small step that didn’t suit our cat, as a result she would jump out and eventually injured herself (not seriously) in her back legs! Now we have put in a step and thankfully everything is fine!

Other than that, we are very satisfied and it does what it promises without causing us any problems.

Well, we’ve had the automatic litter box for 8 days and I have to say that it is an excellent, high-quality product.

(My one cat accepted it almost immediately, while the other needed days and a methodical approach. Specifically, 3 days unplugged; as soon as she started going in, I would give her a treat to encourage her, and then little by little I would place her at a safe distance to watch the cleaning process. And of course I have left the old litter box out so she feels safe.)

2. The app needs improvements: The mobile app, although useful, still needs work on the software side. It is not always as smooth and user-friendly as it should be and often makes mistakes in recognizing my cats, confusing them with each other.

Nevertheless, I believe that if you do not have an elderly cat (who would have an issue with the height of the litter box), it is worth buying! It is the total value-for-money choice!

Having previously owned the Catlink Baymax, I have to say that to my great satisfaction, the company has worked a lot on small but very important details with this particular model.
Much faster and easier cleaning. The waste container comes out and you can change the bag very easily.
The cats (3) feel better because the top of the toilet is open.
Very important that the surface where the pellet/litter goes is removable and washable.
It has a screen with buttons and large icons.
You might need something like a step because it is relatively high. One of my three cats, who has issues with her hind legs, needed a step, which can be either the company's own step, a box, or a small stool.
Quite silent and even though it is open, it doesn't have a strong smell, only if the bin is completely full and the deodorizer's scent has faded.
I only use pellets as I have found they have better absorption, don't dirty the toilet, are friendly for their paws, and having three cats, a large package like Cat's Best is very cost-effective.
It connected to WiFi very easily.
The app is very good, without problems.
It takes a few days to collect data and then it shows when each cat entered, how long, etc.
Also, having a cat with constipation, it is important for me to observe the times it went and how long it stayed inside.
This particular litter box is a very good choice and at a better price compared to others on the market.
