Complete set for car rim repair and painting. The kit includes high-quality products from AVEX.ro for repairing, refurbishing, and painting rims. It is a DIY type and can be used by anyone following the included instructions. The set contains:

• 4 x 400 ml spray cans of Champion paint
• 1 x 500 ml spray can of clear varnish Champion
• 1 x special aluminum rim filler
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers with various grits for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x masking tape roll to protect the tire bead

Warning! The rim shown in the picture is for display purposes only and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the rims to remove dust or grease.
2. Smooth out the dents in the rim to repair them and create a rough surface for better filler adhesion.
3. Clean again or blow to remove any metal residues.
4. Apply masking tape around the rim on the tire to protect it from paint fumes.
5. Apply the filler to the dents on the rim using a spatula, stick, or fingers (wear the provided gloves) to fill holes or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, once the filler hardens, smooth the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
7. If the filler does not cover all dents, repeat the process until all gaps are filled.
8. After sanding with the touch-up sandpaper, finish with progressively finer grit sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
9. If you want to paint the entire rim and not just the damaged areas, prepare the whole surface with fine-grit sandpaper.
10. Clean the rim surface from any sanding residues.
11. Shake the spray paint can for about 2 minutes to mix well and spray onto the rim with smooth, even strokes.
12. After approximately 10-20 minutes of drying, apply the next coat of paint. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after the layers of paint and drying, apply a coat of varnish in the same manner as the paint layers.
14. For a high-gloss finish, apply multiple coats of varnish with drying intervals between applications.

The application of varnish is optional. In some cases, the painted surface is sufficiently glossy without applying a clear varnish.
