Complete wheel repair and painting kit. The kit includes high-quality products from AVEX.ro and is suitable for repairing, refurbishing, and painting wheels. It is a DIY type kit and can be used by anyone following the provided instructions. The kit contains:

• 4 x 400 ml spray paint Champion
• 1 x 500 ml clear lacquer spray Champion
• 1 x special material spatula for alloy wheels
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers with different grits for surface correction before and after applying the spatula
• 1 x masking tape roll to protect the edge of the tire

NOTE! The wheel shown in the image is for display purposes only and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

1. Carefully clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
2. Straighten any dents on the wheels to create a rough surface for the spatula material to adhere to.
3. Clean again or blow to remove metal residues.
4. Apply masking tape around the wheel on the tire to protect it from paint fumes.
5. Apply the spatula material into the dents of the wheel using a spatula, stick, or fingers (use the provided gloves) to fill dents or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, once the spatula sets, smooth the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
7. If the spatula does not cover all dents, repeat the process until all gaps are filled.
8. After smoothing with finishing sandpaper, refine the surface with progressively finer grit sandpaper to prepare it for painting.
9. If you wish to paint the entire wheel and not just the dents, prepare the entire surface of the wheel with fine sandpaper.
10. Clean the wheel surface from polishing residue.
11. Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes to homogenize and spray onto the wheel with smooth, even strokes.
12. After about 10-20 minutes of drying, apply the next layer of paint. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the paint coats and drying, apply the lacquer layer in the same manner as the paint coats.
14. For a glossy finish, apply multiple layers of lacquer with drying intervals between coats.

Is applying lacquer optional? In some cases, the painted surface is sufficiently glossy without applying clear lacquer.
