Instructions for use:

• For cold therapy: Freeze the cold pack for 1.5 hours before use.
• For heat therapy: Heat the cold pack in the microwave for 20 seconds, kneading to evenly distribute the heat.
• Apply the cold pack on protective material to the injured area and alternate for 15 minutes.
