Description & Specifications

The Omegon 150/500 Telescope Mount provides a stable base for astrophotography, ideal for those who require precise operation. It combines a 2" focuser with a 50 mm travel, a carbon fiber tube, and CNC-machined aluminum tube clamps, ensuring accurate focus and stable imaging.

  • V2 2" R&P Focusers: With linear bearings and a 50 mm adjustment range for retaining fine details, even at high focal lengths.
  • Carbon Fiber Tube: Extremely low expansion that guarantees stable focus amid temperature fluctuations.
  • M56 Thread Connection: Provides a secure connection for the camera without interruptions.
  • CNC Machined Clamps: Ensure maximum stability and minimal flexure.
  • Compact Design: Ideal for smaller mounts and quick setup.

The 2" Rack & Pinion eyepiece extension with a 50 mm adjustment operates without reverse movement, supporting heavy equipment. The carbon fiber tube minimizes longitudinal expansion, maintaining focus stability. The primary mirror has a high-reflectivity coating of 94%, providing significantly better light transmission.

With CNC-machined clamps and truss rods, stability and rigidity are ensured, making them ideal for long exposures. Despite its sturdy construction, the design remains compact and portable, allowing flexible integration into your equipment setup.
