    I bought the HOKA Transport 2 for everyday use and walking. Design-wise, they’re among HOKA’s most attractive models, with a high-quality appearance and careful construction.

    However, their biggest drawback is their very poor breathability. Your feet get excessively hot, even in relatively mild temperatures, making them uncomfortable to wear for long periods.
    For a shoe at this price point from a company with HOKA’s reputation, I expected a better balance between comfort and breathability. They’re probably better suited to the colder months.

The midsole is made from molded EVA foam containing 30% sustainable sugarcane-based materials, keeping weight low while providing excellent shock absorption. HOKA’s signature Meta-Rocker technology, combined with a low heel-to-toe height difference (5 mm drop), creates a rocking effect that helps the foot roll from ground contact through toe-off, reducing joint fatigue during long walks.

Vibram® Outsole & Traction

The outsole features the Vibram® EcoStep Recycle compound, made from 90% natural ingredients and recycled rubber for lasting durability. Its textured tread pattern and strategically placed lugs provide stable footing and excellent grip on smooth pavement, uneven trails, and wet surfaces.
