A woman who has lived her life in the shadow of her sister suddenly has to take her place after a tragic accident – but her life is about to become much more complicated. This manga also comes from Seven Seas – and don’t miss the anime!
Marie has always been marginalized. Her parents treat her like a servant, while her flawless older sister, Anastasia, is the family star. Even at her own celebration, all eyes are on Anastasia – so much so that no one notices when Marie slips away for a moment.
However, in the quiet of the night, she has a chance meeting with a charming man with striking green eyes: Count Kyro. Their brief encounter feels like a dream... until reality comes to ground her. Shortly after, a marriage proposal arrives from the Count – for Anastasia, of course.
Because of this... something doesn’t add up. The dress that arrives with the proposal? It’s clearly made for Marie. Could a mistake have been made? Or is this the beginning of an unexpected love story?
