SDO CCS Pads

Standard foam sponges absorb wax very quickly, reducing the performance of the polish and the sponge. This happens because most of the material gets trapped underneath the pad's working surface.

The CCS Technology addresses this issue with strategically designed patterns with partially closed-cell foam. The Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) pads provide consistent performance with the advantage of CCS technology.

Advantages:

• Slow wax absorption rate: The CCS reservoirs gradually release the material only when needed.
• Prevents pad skipping: The CCS reservoirs reduce surface tension, allowing the pad to work flat.
• Tapered Edge: Prevents the sponge from folding and offers excellent rotation, ideal for curved and contoured panels, enabling precise polishing in tight spots.
