SDO CCS Pads

Conventional foam sponges absorb the polish very quickly, which reduces the efficiency of both the polish and the sponge. The CCS Technology addresses this issue by using strategically designed patterns with partially closed-cell foam. Available in Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) pads, offering the consistent performance of SDO pads with the benefits of CCS technology.

• Slow polish absorption rate – The CCS pockets release the material gradually according to the operator's needs.
• Prevents pad skipping – The CCS pockets reduce surface tension, allowing the pad to operate flat on the work surface.
• Tapered Edge – Prevents pad folding and provides excellent rotation, ideal for curved and contoured panels. Enables precise polishing in tight spots.
