Can extreme manichaeism cast the concept of homosexual otherness into the depths of populism and systematically desecrate its rights demands, provoking applause and quick judgments of the crucifixional tragedy and martyrdom of diversity? However much it tries to dehumanize culture, humans will be there and always be there to resist with continuous struggles, even if their journey will always be Sisyphian.
The question will always remain the same: Right or barbarity?
Surrogacy. Human culture is continually called to redefine practices of adaptation or rejection. Therefore, while lawmakers guided by principles of law can legally safeguard the roles of those involved in the surrogacy process, they cannot, legally, despite the foreignness of fertilization through surrogacy, exclude, prohibit, or hinder the experience of the body in relation to the developing fetus, or the prenatal connection of the woman with the child.
Any act of removing the newborn from the surrogate has an antisocial character. The question will always remain the same: Human or barbarity?
