The Shelly Wall Display X2i wall switch combines a 6.95-inch color touchscreen with a built-in 5 A relay for controlling one lighting circuit. Its interface is customizable, and the display can be used in either landscape or portrait orientation. Motion, proximity, and light sensors allow the screen to wake without contact and automatically adjust its brightness.

It supports energy consumption monitoring for other connected devices, as well as schedules and automation scenes. The built-in speaker plays notifications, alarms, and music, and the device supports connections to external Bluetooth speakers and Sonos systems. It can be powered by a 100–240 V mains supply or via USB-C, and fits into a standard wall installation box.
