The Infinity G1 kitchen hob was designed in Italy by the legendary studio Italdesign Giugiaro, bringing premium aesthetics to your countertop. The exclusive matte black finishing with a velvet-like texture offers a unique tactile sensation, while the copper metallic details add character and subtle luxury. The combination of design and ergonomics is not just for appearance: the ceramic glass surface with C-edged finish is easy to clean and withstands daily use. Every cooking session becomes a design experience, with a hob that visually and functionally upgrades your space.
With the Touch Control MultiSlider, you can instantly adjust the intensity on each zone, choosing from 9 power levels with a single movement. The precise touch response gives you real-time control, allowing you to adapt your cooking without delays. Combine this control with Power Plus for instant power boost when you need rapid boiling, and take advantage of power management for smooth energy distribution according to your installation. The experience becomes smooth, fast, and safe, with technology working in your favor for every recipe.
The DirectFunctions (Simmering, Melting, Keep Warm) allow you to select ready-made temperature profiles for slow simmering, melting, or keeping food warm. The built-in sensor control automatically adjusts the power, preventing overheating that can ruin textures and flavors. This way, you achieve consistent results even with demanding recipes, without constant supervision. Combined with the cooking timer, you gain precision and peace of mind in the kitchen, so you can focus on creativity instead of settings.
The hob features 4 cooking zones with Flex Zone, allowing you to place cookware of different sizes and use them simultaneously. The flexible surface detects the position of the cookware and adjusts the heating where needed, reducing energy loss. This means you can work with large pans or pots without restrictions, maintaining an even temperature. Combined with Power Plus, you save time on boiling and sautéing, while the ceramic surface remains easy to clean.
Everyday life becomes calmer thanks to the built-in safety systems: Child Lock to prevent accidental activation, residual heat indicator so you know when the surface is still hot, and automatic safety shut-off for protection against prolonged operation. All work harmoniously with power management to avoid overloads in the electrical network. Induction technology remains efficient and safe, providing instant heating only where there is cookware.
With the easy installation kit, installation becomes simple and quick, adapted to standard built-in dimensions. The 4mm ceramic glass surface withstands thermal shocks and is easy to clean, maintaining the premium look of the exclusive matte black finishing. Optional additions such as Teppan Yaki expand your cooking possibilities, while the total power of 7200W ensures professional-level kitchen performance in your home.
