What is 925 sterling silver?
Silver is a heavy, rare, soft metal with a bright metallic shine.
The silver content of a piece of jewelry is usually measured in “fineness,” denoted by °. For example, 925° silver means 92.5% (925 parts) pure silver and 7.5% (75 parts) metal alloy.
