Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Eucalyptus is a shrub with evergreen leaves, belonging to the Myrtaceae family. Its oil has been valued since ancient times and is used in traditional and alternative medicine, cosmetics, as well as household products.

Its main use is to relieve symptoms caused by respiratory infections, combat muscle fever, as well as bone and joint pain. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Eucalyptus oil is widely used both in aromatherapy and as a natural remedy due to its benefits for the respiratory system. It is the essential oil recommended at the first sign of a cold. The cineole in its composition has excellent secretory action and significantly reduces the risk of complications by eliminating viruses and bacteria.
USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Massage: Eucalyptus essential oil should not be applied directly to the skin. It is used only mixed with cold-pressed vegetable oil. 2-3 drops of essential oil are sufficient to add to the massage oil. Mix well, apply to the skin, and massage with slow movements.
- Relaxing baths: Add 5-10 drops (depending on the preferred intensity of the aroma) to a warm bath and relax for 10 minutes, deeply inhaling the steam containing essential oil vapors.
- Inhalations: Add 8 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to 100ml of warm water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and inhale the steam with essential oil vapors.
- Aromatherapy: The essential oil is ideal for use in an electric diffuser. 3-5 drops in 50ml of water are recommended to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in the space.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. It is recommended to perform an allergy test on the elbow at least 24 hours before use.
Store in a dry, cool place, away from heat and sunlight.
