• Instructions for use: heat the bag in the oven at 110°C for a maximum of 5 minutes; in the microwave at 300W for about 1 minute; or on a radiator or stove as needed. Immediately after heating, shake the bag to distribute the heat evenly. Moist spots may appear on the surface during the first heating but will disappear later. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating.
