The Scrap Cooking SCC-2893 silicone baking mold is shaped like a log and has a non-stick coating for easy removal of the dessert. It is suitable for contact with food and for use in the oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

It withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 230 °C and is dishwasher-safe. Before first use, wash it with hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher, and grease it just once. Clean the edges before placing it in the oven; do not place it over an open flame or on an electric hob, and do not use sharp utensils with it.
