Hybrid fast-drying water-based primer, with a micromolecular structure, based on acrylic and polyurethane resins. Especially suitable for use as a primer for water-based brushable roof waterproofing coatings, for the creation of integrated waterproofing systems with strong adhesion on a variety of substrates.

Fields of application:

• Roof surfaces to be coated with water-based brushable waterproofing materials (e.g. Neoproof® PU W, Neoproof® PU Fast, Neoroof®, etc.)
• Cementitious substrates made of concrete, cement screed, or cement boards
• Existing bituminous membranes with mineral chippings
• New or aged brushable roof waterproofing coatings

Also suitable for walls or facades on substrates of concrete, plaster, etc., before being coated with water-based paints.
