I forget to charge it, it lasts up to twenty days, with automatic exercise detection off, you start it manually. I make phone calls from the watch 2-3 times a day on average, usually when I am driving. Perfect connection with the watch via Bluetooth, it can be in the bedroom and I can be on the balcony, 15 meters and two walls away, with the door open. The only downside, I have a Xiaomi 14TPro phone, you have to download the health app from Huawei, it's not available in the store. Also, the watch's NFC does not work unless you have a Huawei phone. I found some complicated procedures on the internet to make it work, but after a few attempts I gave up.
