The Menabo Fender XL roof bars are fitted to the parallel factory-fitted roof rails that do not rest against the roof of the Renault Scenic X Mod. Their aerodynamic profile is flat and oval, with rounded corners, while the upper T-Track slot accepts compatible accessories with a 20 mm T-system connector. T-connectors are sold separately.

The bars are made of black anodised aluminium and have non-slip rubber strips on the top and bottom. The mounting feet have rubber lining at the points of contact with the vehicle, while the integrated locks provide anti-theft security.
