The Menabo Brio XL roof bars fit parallel roof rails with a gap between the rails and the roof, such as those on the 2003–2009 Volkswagen Sharan 7M1B. They are made of anodised aluminium and have an oval aerodynamic profile. The T-track slot on top accepts compatible sliding accessories via a 13 mm T-system connector, sold separately.

The mounting feet have rubber padding where they contact the vehicle, and the bars feature integrated security locks. A scale on the underside helps adjust the feet, while the end caps make it easier to insert a T-connector. The package includes two bars, integrated feet, locks, an assembly tool and instructions.
