The Menabo Ariete telescopic roof bars adjust from 81.5 to 119.5 cm and fit factory-fitted parallel roof rails with a gap between the rails and the roof. The aerodynamic aluminium profile has a flat shape with rounded corners. The ends feature securing straps and rubber padding at the points of contact with the vehicle.

The bars come pre-assembled and feature integrated security locks with sliding protective covers. The straps are secured with clips beneath the outer cover. They are compatible with 2008–2012 Volvo V50 5-door models with raised rails up to 5.5 cm wide.
