The SPF index is a measure of sun protection. For example, if the skin usually starts to turn red after 20 minutes of sun exposure, then using sunscreen with an SPF of 15 will prevent redness 15 times more than the skin's natural defense.

    The sunscreen has excellent coverage and leaves a slight glow.. I will definitely use it but I wouldn't buy it again. I didn't want it to be full coverage but I would have liked it to at least provide a light coverage that offers uniformity to the face. The moisturizer that came with the set also has a very light nice texture, I wasn't crazy about it.. I might buy it again. The bag is of good quality, better than a simple toiletry bag.
