The Menabo Sherman XL Black roof bars attach to raised parallel roof rails with a gap beneath them, such as those on the 2009–2014 Kia Sorento II XM. They are made of black anodized aluminum and feature an aerodynamic, squared oval profile. The T-track slot on top allows compatible transport accessories with a 20 mm T-system connector to be fitted; this connector is sold separately.

The mounting feet have rubber padding at the points of contact with the vehicle, and the bars are fitted with security locks. The anti-slip rubber strip on the underside helps ensure aerodynamic and quiet transport. The package includes two bars with integrated end caps, locks, an assembly tool and illustrated instructions.
