The Menabo Sherman XL Black roof bars attach to the raised parallel roof rails of the Ford Escape II 5 Doors, model years 2008–2012. They are made from black anodised aluminium and feature an aerodynamic profile with a squared oval shape. The T-Track slot on top accepts compatible accessories with a 20 mm T-system connector, sold separately.

The anti-slip rubber strip on the underside helps improve aerodynamics and reduce noise during transport, while the rubber lining at the end contact points protects the roof from scratches. The bars feature integrated security locks, protective end caps and a length scale for adjusting their position.
