Health monitoring is available 24/7 through the optical heart rate sensor VC30F, which detects any irregularities and sends vibrating notifications. This device also supports blood oxygen (SpO₂) measurement and sleep analysis, allowing for a better understanding of nightly rest quality. The watch also offers menstrual cycle tracking functions.

With a built-in AI feature, the COLMI L28 acts as a personal assistant on your wrist, helping organize your day and answer questions. The AI Watchface capability allows you to create personalized watch screens.
