Varisan Top knee-high stockings provide graduated compression of 23–32 mmHg and are designed to help manage circulatory problems. Compression is distributed at 100% of the recommended pressure at the ankle, 70% at the calf and 40% at the thigh. They are suitable for varicose veins with skin intolerance, prevention of recurrent varicose ulcers, superficial and acute deep vein thrombosis, prevention of post-thrombotic syndrome, and class I and II lymphedema.
They are made from 70% polyamide and 30% Lycra, using OEKO-TEX-certified yarns, and are certified by the German RAL Institute. The yarns are antibacterial, and the silicone is hypoallergenic. Hand washing with mild soap is recommended. Dry away from sunlight and heat sources.
