The Fermenter King Junior is a 20L fermenter and pressure keg suitable for fermenting fresh wort. It is ideal for fermenting up to 18 liters of beer, thanks to its relatively small size.
A blow-off valve is required to control the internal pressure of the fermenter. After fermentation, it offers the possibility to carbonate the beer. Connecting the Fermenter King Junior to the serving system or a hand tap facilitates direct dispensing from the fermenter.
Alternatively, the transfer of carbonated drinks from the Fermenter King Junior to kegs is easy.
