Zeolites are minerals primarily composed of aluminum oxides and silicon oxides, forming loose structures with numerous channels and cavities. ZEOMAX PLUS is a natural zeolite used for chemical water filtration, in the form of carefully selected gravel from zeolite, offering high adsorption capacity. Its pores fill freely with water moving inside, containing various ions. As a result, it absorbs and binds chemical impurities such as nitrogenous compounds and heavy metals, which are dangerous for fish.

ZeoMAX Plus is designed for chemical water filtration in freshwater aquariums, ponds, aquatic terrariums, and pools. The zeolite used has excellent adsorption properties, absorbing toxic nitrogen compounds and removing ammonia from the water, as well as nitrite and nitrate ions dissolved in it.

It is suitable as a filter media for canister filters, overflow filters, internal filters with chambers for loose media (e.g., TURBOFILTER), as well as for filter troughs and chimneys. It is recommended for all types of decorative freshwater aquariums.

ZeoMAX Plus is ready to use and does not require rinsing or other additional actions. The contents should be placed into the filter basket or filter chamber. For optimal results, it is recommended to position it behind mechanical filter inserts.

The 1-liter ZeoMAX Plus packaging is suitable for aquariums with a capacity of 150 – 250 liters. The product's operation causes gradual wear, and to maintain optimal filtration properties, it should be replaced at least every 4 weeks.
